Pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one active operator: a person who can clock in. Seats track your real crew size and prorate automatically as people join or leave.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial needs no card. You add billing only when you decide to keep going.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Manager and owner admin goes read-only, but operators keep clocking in and out. You never lose paid hours; resubscribe and full admin returns.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — annual is ten times your monthly seat rate, effectively two months free. A 50-seat crew pays €25 per operator per year instead of €30.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments run through Creem as Merchant of Record, which handles VAT. BriefQR never stores your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
How does volume pricing work?
Every seat bills at the rate for your current seat count. At 24 operators you pay €3.50 each; add a 25th and all 25 seats drop to €3.00. Growing into the next band can lower your total bill.
