Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
1. The service
BriefQR provides QR-based time tracking for on-site workforces, delivered as a web and progressive-web app. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind the company you register on behalf of.
3. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial — no card required. At the end of the trial you may subscribe to continue using paid features; otherwise the account becomes limited.
4. Subscription & billing
BriefQR is priced per seat: €4 per active operator per month, or €40 per active operator per year (two months free). One seat equals one active operator. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record; Creem's terms apply to the transaction and BriefQR never stores your card data. Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which Creem may add.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants' data, and no use that infringes others' rights. You are responsible for using BriefQR's location and optional photo features in line with applicable employment and data-protection law in your jurisdiction.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Sub-processors list. You can export your hours at any time via webhook, REST, or CSV.
7. Availability & disclaimer
We work to keep BriefQR available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
8. Changes & termination
You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may update these terms and will note the effective date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
BriefQR is a service of Top Focus LLC (Austin, Texas, USA). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights in your country of residence — including, for EU/EEA residents, applicable EU law — remain unaffected.
